Individuals with fixed compensation orientation only may not be suitable for a fast-paced environment which GREAT EASTERN offers. The key contributor to the incentives structure, in our Performance Based Variable Pay (PBVP) program are the returns, profits and the services satisfaction score for the clients you are responsible for. Kindly note that the amount of mobilisation is not a criterion and the key parameter remain the annualised returns. Performance, Coaching and Counseling in the form of Mentorship has helped us build a very fair and transparent work environment.
