Employees, Business Associates and the extended Families of GREAT EASTERN commit themselves to the following Code of Conduct and Governance and pledge to follow the same in spirit and words with complete compliance and zero tolerance:
We shall only interact with clients upon Internal Certification by GREAT EASTERN Learning Centre. We shall not advise nor provide any service to clients without clearing all internal stages of proficiency and competence levels.
We shall strive to provide the highest standards of irrefutable quality standards in investment services and limited to products we are authorised to distribute.
Always place the best interest of clients above our own interests. Everything we do, incidentally advise and implement would be seen from ‘eyes of the client’ and not ours.
Maintain the highest standards of professional competence and provide the best possible incidental advice to clients by seeking to maintain and constantly improve professional knowledge, skills and competence and sharing of best practices amongst us.
We shall not disclose any client details to anyone other than what may be required by law. We will not discuss any client details with any other and hold each Portfolio completely insulated from each other. We will hold all personal and professional information in strictest confidence.
We shall comply with disclosures required as per this Code of Conduct and provide all details and information necessary to our clients which may be necessary to make informed decisions
Maintain personal conduct and demeanour while in our interaction which is commensurate with our professional of financial services
Abide by law and conform to all provisions of the laws and jurisdiction of the state and country we do business in, now and in future.
